A1 – Assessor Award Evidence Requirement: Feedback to candidates

Your portfolio will need to contain two records of you providing feedback to candidates on other occasions apart from the one observed by your assessor.  This could be

1. a report by the Internal Verifier or External Verifiers on their observation of you giving feedback to a candidate.  This would need to be signed and dated by yourself and the person observing. 
2. Samples of assessed work with clear feedback on how the work has or has not met the National Standards and advice to the candidate.
3. A video or audio tape/CD of you giving feedback to a candidate on their work.  This would be ideal following an oral assessment as many External Verifiers like to hear oral feedback from the assessor following the speaking task.
