Diplomas and work-related
Schemes of work
On behalf of CILT, Networks for Excellence has developed sample schemes of work and matching materials for all of the first five Diplomas which will be on offer in pilot centres from September 2008. These short programmes of study (20 hours) have been developed to give tutors an idea of how a language element could be included within the Additional/Specialist section of one of the new Diplomas. The schemes of work explain clearly the rationale and how to use the materials with students.
The schemes of work and materials are located on CILT’s Vocational Languages Resource Bank and can be located by selecting the links below.
- German for Construction Diploma, scheme of work and matching materials.
- Spanish for ICT Diploma, scheme of work and matching materials.
- French for Creative and Media Diploma, scheme of work and matching materials.
- Chinese for Engineeering Diploma, scheme of work and matching materials.
