Information and advice
CILT has been designated as the National Advisory Centre on Early Language Learning (NACELL). NACELL has been established at CILT to provide support for teachers and institutions involved in or considering the provision of language learning in primary and pre-school education.
NACELL consists of a physical resource centre based in the CILT
Library and an accompanying website: www.nacell.org.uk
| Anyone with an interest in early language learning is welcome to visit NACELL. The collection consists of classroom resources (text, audio, video and software), supported by background documentation on policy, methodology and related issues. There are multimedia facilities available to access the audio, video, multimedia and on-line resources. |

NACELL operates an enquiry service for anyone with a query regarding early language learning and teaching, either in person, by post, telephone and e-mail.
