Further Education
Further Education is making an important contribution to the learning of languages 16-19, offering a range of language learning opportunities linked to specific vocational areas as well as courses in GCSE, AS and A level. In terms of vocational languages, FE has a wealth of experience which can be shared with schools who are now increasingly offering a range of alternative language courses. In particular, FE can play an important role in developing languages for the new Diplomas.
