Terms & Conditions
  • Cancellation policy: In order to keep prices as low as possible for this event, it is our policy not to refund conference fees for cancellations received less than two weeks before the conference. However, we will be happy to accept alternative participants, as long as we receive written notification 48 hours before the event. CILT will also be obliged to pass on any charges incurred as a result of cancellation of accommodation or conference dinner. We regret to inform participants that we cannot transfer fees from this event to another one in the future.
  • Your attendance at the conference is not confirmed until you have paid for your place in full.
  • Payment must be sent within 10 working days of completing the registration form.
  • You need to print off your confirmation page and return it along with your payment to CILT.
  • Details of payment options will be included on the confirmation page.
  • You will be sent a confirmation email from CILT once your payment has been received - if you do not hear from us within two weeks of sending your payment, please contact conferences@cilt.org.uk
