St Catherine’s RC Primary School in Manchester has been selected as the winner of the CILT Plus Red Letter Days competition.

The school was chosen at random out of all the schools who became CILT Plus members during the 26 days following the European Day of Languages on 26 September. St Catherine’s will receive a voucher to spend on the Red Letter Days website, which includes adventure days out, theatre trips and courses.

St Catherine’s joined CILT Plus as a school member, giving them access to all CILT Plus benefits including a treasure chest of resources, online training, a tailored Ask CILT service and a 20% discount on CILT books and events.

Stephen Marcos Jones, CILT Plus Membership Manager said: “We’re really happy to be able to give this prize to one of our new school members to celebrate the European Day of Languages. It’s great to see schools taking advantage of the benefits that CILT Plus has to offer to support languages in the primary school. We hope to see even more schools joining us in the near future.”
