Register your school for MYLO – a breakthrough in
language learning
Language teachers across the UK are being
encouraged to register their schools with the latest phenomenon in
language learning – MYLO.
MYLO, the Open School for Languages, is a
government backed online learning service that will get young
people engaging with languages in a completely new and imaginative
way. It is being developed in partnership with Cambridge
University, CILT and a number of other leading language
organisations, and is due to be launched in March 2010.
In the meantime, teachers can ‘say hello’ to
the service by signing up to the MYLO newsletter and receiving
updates on how the project is developing. You can even pre register
your school, so you’re ready to get cracking straight away come
March.
