Our LMI allows us to link policies and projects to employer needs. It helps us to make the case for languages. It contributes information, advice and guidance on careers with languages.

It also forms the basis of our qualification strategy.

Labour market intelligence is generated using primary and secondary sources of data. In addition to desk-based research, CILT consults employers of language and intercultural skills and collects information from other sector bodies, professional bodies and training providers.
