Enquiry service
CILT’s library and information service welcomes enquiries on all
aspects of language learning, teaching, training and related topics.
We have access to the unique resources of the resources library, as well as a range of in-house databases and online resources. Where appropriate we can also call on the expertise of our colleagues in CILT or use our knowledge of UK education to refer enquirers elsewhere.
Please note, however:
- CILT is a UK-based organisation. Whilst we are happy to answer enquiries from anywhere in the world, we are unable to provide detailed information (eg availability of text books) relating to any other country.
- Enquiries about English as a Foreign Language (EFL) should be directed to the British Council at general.enquiries@britishcouncil.org. Further sources of information regarding EFL can be found on our EFL FAQ.
For a quick response we recommend that you contact us by email at info@cilt.org.uk. This mailbox is monitored regularly and enquiries which cannot be dealt with by information staff are forwarded to the appropriate person in CILT.
