Publisher showcase: thematic exhibitions of resources
Publishers of teaching resources have been very supportive to CILT over
the years, in providing copies of their materials for inclusion in the
Library's permanent national reference collection of in-print resources.
There has also been a face-on display of new and recent resources to which
they could contribute.
This display facility provides a rolling programme of thematic exhibitions, which address topical issues, or relate to current developments which are having significant impact on publishing activity.
The exhibitions are publicised as widely as possible, in the hope that potential visitors to CILT, particularly those from further afield, will have an additional incentive to make the effort, and that publishers will feel that their continued support is further justified.
