Business linguists wanted for new careers guide

  • Does your job involve languages?
  • Are you under 30 years old?
  • Would you like to help young people make informed decisions about their future careers?

If you answered 'yes' to these questions then you’ve come to the right place.

VT Lifeskills are looking to interview people who use languages at work for the new edition of the careers information guide ‘Working with Languages’.

The guide, last issued in 2005, looks for interviewees to share their experiences and enthusiasm for languages.

Each interview is written up into a short question and answer case study detailing job role, likes and dislikes, work environment, skills and qualifications needed and tips for young people considering embarking on a similar career path.

This initiative is a great way to gain some exposure for yourself and your company as well as helping young people to make the right decisions for their future.

Whatever your location, language ability, gender or ethnic background, VT Lifeskills would love to hear from you!

For more information about the guide or to register your interest please contact Michelle Brassell (tel: 0207 6333 326)
