November 2003 - A Research Perspective
On 3rd November 2003, CILT ran the first in a series of seminars looking at issues surrounding the implementation of the National Languages Strategy.

September 2004 - The Language Learner of the Future
On 22nd September 2004 CILT ran a follow up seminar looking at the implementation of the National Languages Strategy. The seminars looked at findings from research into the teaching and learning of languages and discussed the need for future research projects.
