The lesson
In this introductory lesson on castles, the students are learning basic vocabulary connected with the topic. Over a series of lessons, students will construct their own castle and give a presentation about it in Spanish. This activity had already been trialled with a Year 7 CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning) group in French. This clip shows the beginning of the lesson on castles and is then followed by a short commentary by the teacher.
