These tutorials will offer you an engaging way
to promote speaking and listening skills in the modern foreign
languages classroom. The tutorial is split into two parts and
covers the steps needed to create an animated character which can
read out a written presentation in a foreign accent or lip-sync a
digital recording of your voice.
What does the training consist of and
how long will it take me?
- There are two 5 minute video tutorials. Each tutorial
is accompanied by a PDF transcript which can be printed out
- It is recommended that while watching the tutorials, you pause
the recording from time to time and copy the instructions you've
just seen on the website itself so by the end of each one you have
also completed the task set
- The materials could be used in a group or by individuals
working independently
- The whole module should take about an hour to complete.
