The National Occupational Standards for Intercultural Working will be available, subject to UKCES approval, from September 2008.
A follow-on project is planned to publicise the new standards as widely as possible across the UK and to explore with organisation how the stardards can be used most effectively to inform policy, procedures, training and qualifications. Information on these developments and case sutidies of how organisations are using standards will appear on these webpages.
