Graduate Teacher Programme

The CILT Graduate Teacher Programme (GTP) is a teacher training programme for native speakers of French, Spanish and German who want to teach languages in a secondary setting. It is an employment-based route where day-to-day work in school is combined with regular training sessions.

The CILT GTP gained "outstanding" status, with a grade 1, in the full Ofsted inspection in July 2009.
