It is a requirement for all 1-year Initial Teacher Training courses in the UK for you to have completed a university-level degree equivalent to a UK Bachelor's degree or higher.

The following qualifications are considered the equivalent of a UK Bachelor’s degree:

• Austria: Magister/Bachelor
• China: Bachelor
• France: Licence
• Germany: Magister/Erstes Staatsexamen/Bachelor
• Italy: Diploma di Laurea (since 1999)
• Spain: Licenciatura

If invited to interview, you will be asked to bring your original degree certificate or diploma with you.

If you are currently completing your degree level qualification, you must be able to provide official evidence of successful completion of your qualification (eg diploma, certificate or official letter) by 31 May 2012 in order for your application to be considered.
